Refund policy

Return Acceptable

If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made via “Order Detail” within seven (7) business days of receipt and a refund will be issued minus the original and return shipping costs. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be in unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.

 

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please submit a return request through your Order Details page within 7 days of receiving your item.

Once your request is approved, a return shipping label will be provided with instructions on how to send the item back.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
